Polo Experience

This is the chance to play Polo, the Sport of Kings, with your group. No previous experience of Polo or riding is needed as our expert instructors will guide you through all aspects of the sport and have everyone riding and playing.

What's included

This is the chance to play Polo, the Sport of Kings, with your team or corporate group. No previous experience of Polo or riding is needed as our expert instructors will guide you through all aspects of the sport and have everyone riding and playing before the day is out.

Itinerary

Each event will last approximately three and a half hours (longer events are available) and include;

- Welcome and coffee

- Health and safety briefing

- Introduction to the game of polo

- Hitting the ball with hand mallets

- Hitting the ball from "Woody" the wooden horse

- Mount polo pony and learn to ride "polo style"

- Hitting the ball from a polo pony

- Play chukkas (game of polo)

- Rosettes for all

Basic Information

Duration - half / full day

Availability - Tuesday to Sunday most weeks but gets booked up fast. book early to avoid disappointment

Maximum weight - 16 stone

Location - Nr York

Spectators - family and friends are welcome

Clothing - comfortable trousers, low heeled shoes or boots (no trainers)
