Just weeks after VIP Adrenaline scooped success at the Women of Achievement Awards the VIP Adrenaline Team were celebrating again, this time following the British Women Racing Drivers Club Awards Evening.
Managing Director Victoria Pickles in her VIP Adrenaline liveried Lotus seven style race car earned enough points racing in the 750 Motor Club's Locost championship to see her claim not one but two trophies at the awards event.
The awards are open to women racing in any category from Touring cars to Go Karting and points are calculated based on the number of people racing, the prestige of the event and the entrants finishing place. Each entrant then submits her top ten scores to the BWRDC
Victoria scooped first prize in the Jean Denton's newcomer's award for female racing Drivers in their first full year of membership.
Moments later a cheer went up from the VIP Adrenaline table again as Victoria won her second trophy of the night, one of the Goodwin Race trophies. These are awarded to the top performing Female Racing Drivers in the UK and Victoria had claimed second. Not bad for only her second season of Racing.
First Place went to Caterham racer Rachel Green who also won Champion of the Year.
Presenting these trophies was none other than ex F3 Racing Driver Natalie Goodwin herself.
Speaking after the event Victoria said "I am so proud to have won these awards; it has been an amazing year both for VIP Adrenaline and for me personally."
